Use this guide to clean your tyre sidewalls with the soft bristle tyre brush. It is built for rubber, so keep it off your rims and painted surfaces.

Rinse first
Loose dirt off
- Rinse the tyre and wheel to wash away loose dirt and brake dust before you start scrubbing.
Scrub the rubber
Sidewalls only
- Apply your usual car soap or tyre cleaner to the tyre.
- Scrub the sidewall with firm, overlapping strokes — the flexible bristles work the cleaner into the texture of the rubber.
- Keep the brush on the rubber. Work the whole sidewall, then rinse it off.
Rinse and finish
Spot-free all round
- Rinse the tyre and wheel clean — finish with purified water from your Spot Free Rinse deionised water tank so everything air dries spot-free.

- Rinse the bristles thoroughly to flush out dirt and cleaner residue.
- Shake off the excess water and let it air dry.

Quick answers before you scrub.
Can I use it on my rims?
No. Keep it on the tyre. The bristles are soft and made for rubber, but on sensitive painted or powder-coated rims they can leave fine scratches. Use a dedicated wheel brush on the rims and this one on the rubber.
What else can I clean with it?
Tyres are what it is built for. It also handles wheel arches, mud flaps and rubber trim where dirt hides. Avoid painted and polished surfaces, including rims. It is compact enough for tight spaces and easy to keep in the wash bucket.
What is it made from?
Durable PP (polypropylene) with soft flexible bristles and an ergonomic grip — 21.5cm long, in grey and black. Lightweight, strong, and built for repeated scrubbing without falling apart.
