What does a water fed pole hose adapter do?
It joins the hose on a water fed pole to your water supply. One end is an 8mm push fit that takes standard water fed pole hose, the other is a male garden hose fitting for your Spot Free Rinse tank or a garden tap. In between is a valve for switching the water on and off and setting the flow.
Will this adapter fit my water fed pole hose?
It suits standard water fed pole hose with an 8mm push fit. Push the hose in firmly and it's held in place. If you're not sure what size your pole hose is, check the outside diameter before ordering, or contact us and we'll help you work it out.
Can I connect it to a Spot Free Rinse tank?
Yes. The garden hose end is a male fitting made for connecting to your Spot Free Rinse tank or a garden tap. That lets pure water from the tank run straight up the pole for the final rinse. Use the tank's bypass to scrub with tap water, then switch to pure water to rinse.
How do I control the water flow at the pole?
The adapter has an on/off and flow control valve built in. Turn the flow down for a gentle rinse or up to flush dirt off the glass, and switch it off between windows without walking back to the tap or the tank. Less wasted water also means your resin goes further.
